Elite Healthcare Professionals Training Center offers nurse aide reciprocity assistance to help make the transfer process easier and more straightforward.
Our reciprocity service provides guidance through the application process, helps you understand the documentation required, and assists with completing the necessary steps to request recognition of your out-of-state nurse aide certification.
After registering, you will receive an application and instructions via email.

Reciprocity Service Fees
First State Application: $75
Each Additional State Requested: $25
*Service fees are for Elite Healthcare Professionals Training Center's reciprocity assistance. Any state agency application, processing, verification, or other applicable fees are separate and are the responsibility of the applicant.
